Sarah,
today my mailscanner is giving me a hard time.
Hundred of emails where quarantined because "Message attempted to kill MailScanner", I have all the things that has been written before:
- #!/usr/bin/perl -I/usr/share/MailScanner -U
- I have the Maximum Archive Depth in 0.
- I have dissabled the quarantine files in mailscanner.
But MailScanner continues to quarantine some files showing that error.
What else I could do?
Thanks in advance.
Sergio

You have already done all that we can suggest without looking at the server. If you'd like us to have a look please log a ticket.

I think I found what was causing all this and it should be mentioned, lol.
After checking everything, I found that in MailScanner Performance, the option for "file attachment checking" has to be disable. After doing this, the messages are not quarantined.
Now, do you have a way to resend all the quarantined messages at once?
Best Regards,
Sergio

There is no way of resending everything at once, you have to do it manually, one by one.
