All deliveries are handled by MailScanner: retry timeout exc

HI Configserver.

Several of my users are getting mail delivery errors on their mails using the configserver mailscanner implementation.
These messages seem to fail when emails sent within same time patch as cron job:
perl /usr/mscpanel/mscpanel . pl

Errors being received are as follows:

The only time we usually see this error is when you try to force delivery of a mail in the MailScanner Pending queue via ConfigServer Mail Queues. If that's not what is happening, please log a ticket on the helpdesk and we can have a look.
