Can I disable a message rule?

Post by bullsquirrel2 »

Hi.

I have a client who has been getting false-positives when mass emailing her employees, and I've narrowed the apparent message rule to "blame" as the following:
2.8 DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX Delivered direct to MX with Outlook headers
I have her domain name whitelisted, but that has not seemed to make any difference. Is there a way to disable this specific rule in ConfigServer's MailScanner? Or to lower the points considerably?

Thanks!

You can reduce the score or set the score to zero, which effectively disables it. I've just added a new FAQ with instructions on doing this:
