Mailscanner extracting attachements

This has just started to happen within the last few days. When I ran top and saw this Mailscanner extracting attachments and there were 3 processes running all taking 98% cpu usage. I thought it was a user trying to send a large attachment, but I saw other people on the mailscanner email lists are also having this or had this issue. I had to disable Mailscanner till I find an answer as this brings my server to a halt.

Reboot of the server fixed the issue.
