I see that it is easy to configure spam assassin scores (high and low scores, etc) on a per account basis, but I need to do it on a per user basis.
How is this accomplished?

I looked around, but may have just missed it.

No, it isn't possible to do this on a per user (i.e. per email address) basis via the MailScanner Front-End.
