Hi Guys,
Wondering if you can help, ever since a cPanel update yesterday, we have been unable to receive emails. Looking at the logs and queues, when we try and process emails we get:
== xx@xx.xxx R=defer_router defer (-1): All deliveries are handled by MailScanner
I have searched for a solution and have downgraded my PathTools to v3.2501 re installed MailScanner and restart the services with no luck.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

What MailScanner errors are you seeing in the maillog? Have you tried doing a forced exim upgrade? Have you been through the suggestions in this FAQ?
