how mark as legitimate mail to all that has been authenticated by smtp ?

I don't believe it's possible to do this, as MailScanner has no way of knowing whether the user has authenticated or not. I could be wrong, but you'll have to check the MailScanner website and mailing list to see if anyone has found a solution.
