I dont think MS is delivering email any more. Mail queue now running hourly???

When MS failed because of that perl module, I did the updates however things just have not been right since.

It appears that mail just builds up in the queue for an hour or so, sometimes less, sometimes more. But it's not working the way it used to. I really need mail to be delivered instantaneously.

Is this a MS config setting?

Should I reinstall MS?

Or is it a pure exim problem?

Thanks,Tina

Still not working. I am bumping this in case anyone has any ideas. Right now I'm having to babysit the queue and have it deliver messages. In my MS config, it is set to check for new messages in the queue every 10 seconds.

I'm leaning towards this being a MS config issue.

Please help!

The setting for "Queue Scan Interval" in the MS configuration should be 6 by default.

If that's not it, have you been through the suggestions in these FAQs?

What do you see in the maillog? What do you see when you run MS in debug?
