MS Not working on some accounts

I've used MailScanner for years and it works quite well. But for some reason on a few accounts it is either not tagging spam or not deleting spam that is tagged even though that's the setting for the account in MailScanner Configuration for that account.

Thanks. I checked the FAQ. The settings are correct for the one domain I checked. I actually made a mistake in my original post. For this one domain, the spam is actually not getting tagged as spam. So, that's the problem. Not that it's not getting deleted. I didn't see a FAQ entry that addresses that issue. Maybe I missed it.
