Update problem

After updating MailScanner Script , ClamAV and MailScanner frontend
I cannot start mailscanner it just locks everthing in the queue
so have turned it off.
I have tried force reinstales
and /scripts/installspam
But no change still cannot start MailScanner and process queue
Can someone Help My clients will want their email
and its stuck in mailscanner queue
I get these errors
Reloading MailScanner workers:[FAILED]
Shutting down spamd: [FAILED]

Thanks the updated solution works fine.
I Used the update perl mod
/scripts/perlinstaller --force Archive::Zip
and all is right in the email world again.
