Best AV?

Hi,

I'm using mailscanner on a freebsd machine 7.2 with clamav.
It all runs fine and seems to process much more mail than the other 2 machines / nodes. However after a while clamav seems to crash with an error can't connect to demon. This happens after about a week or so, I have to restart mailscanner and sometimes even the node itself.

I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge of any better av product out there I can try? I'm willing to purchase something as long as it's recommended.

Or if there are any known bugs with the new mailscanner version?

This forum is for discussion of MailScanner as installed on cPanel servers using our install script, which does not support freebsd. Please post your questions about MailScanner on freebsd to the MailScanner mailing list instead, where you are likely to get a good response. Thank you!
