Have more than 1200 emails and growing.
Happened after I upgraded the MailScanner script from MSFE interface.
Here are errors in the maillog:
Syntax error(s) in configuration file:
Unrecognised keyword "spamlistdefinitions" at line 1801
Warning: syntax errors in /usr/mailscanner/etc/MailScanner.conf.
Cannot read definitions from /etc/MailScanner/spam.lists.conf, No such file or directory
However I do not use any customized settings. So I didn't change, add or deleted anything from the conf file. Also there no "spamlistdefinitions" word in the conf file. I am really confused.
What version did you upgrade MailScanner from? Had it not been upgraded in a while?
Check in your MailScanner Configuration for the value of "Spam List Definitions". It should be "%etc-dir%/spam.lists.conf". If that's correct, check the value of "%etc-dir%" (near the top) - it should be "/usr/mailscanner/etc".
Also, I see from one of your other posts on the forum that you changed the location of some of MailScanner's configuration files (spam.whitelist.rules and spam.blacklist.rules). If you changed this, perhaps you have also changed something else which has broken the MailScanner upgrade, or perhaps the changes you made to change the location of those files has affected other files.
