Hi,

I having problems sending emails from one domain to the same domain email accounts. I have to whitelist in Mailscanner Frond-end Config the domains having this issue. How can I fix this?, I don't want Mailscanner FE blocking the outgoing email to the domains of the server...

Any recomendation? thanks.

What exactly is causing these emails to be marked as spam? Often it is because the IP address they are sending from is on an RBL. Once you figure out what is causing MailScanner/SpamAssassin to mark them as spam, you can find a solution to that issue. Check the headers or check the mail in MailWatch to find out.

I have this issue as well, I can't see that I have any RBL listing..or any of my clients.
Is it anything else that could couse this problem?

Thanks

Bjorn

The solution depends on what exactly is happening to the mails. If they are being marked as spam by MailScanner, then you will have to look at the specific emails either in mailwatch or look at the headers themselves to determine why they are being marked as spam and resolve the cause. If it is some other problem you need to look in the exim log for the specific emails to see what is happening to them.
