Your list of Rules for SA and MS

Dear All,
We all have some ways to make out MS installation works better and more efficient in fighting spam. It would benefit for all of us to share our rules we use in MS along with some information how to apply them. Correct me and participate in this thread.

At the beggining, when I change mailscanner.cf my modifications was lost during MS upgrade.
After Sarah hint I ve put it into myrules.cf files and MS reads all *.cf automatically.

Whats Your hints?

I'm trying to add the following rules, and I followed the directions above to add them to etc/mail/spamassasin/myrules.cf but they don't seem to have taken effect.

Since I'm resurrecting an old post, I imagine the location / filename has changed. Where would I put these so they don't get overwritten during an update?
