Something has happened overnight and blocklists cant be downloaded.

Feb 6 07:20:36 server lfd[1542558]: Unable to retrieve blocklist CSF03 - Unable to download: Can't connect to raw.githubusercontent.com:443 (Name or service not known)

We are encountering a similar issue with the MAXMIND Anonymous Proxies blocklist not downloading.
Last good download was:
5552 Feb 4 20:56 csf.block.MAXMIND

We have been receiving the following error message from LFD ever since:
lfd[1077814]: Unable to retrieve blocklist MAXMIND - Unable to download: Forbidden

A perusal of the MAXMIND.com website and information regarding their Anonymous IP database seems to indicate that it is now a pay to download product. All other enabled blocklists for us are updating.

Can anyone shed some additional light on this issue?
