csf install on AlmaLinux 9.5->Webmin, errors reported plus template layout bug

csf install on Webmin OS

I will likely post this also at the Webmin forums, but just in case it's relevant here, I saw a number of errors and if CSF supply the Webmin install template, a small layout issue after following the instructions:

Can't locate diagnostics.pm in @INC (you may need to install the diagnostics module) (@INC contains: /usr/libexec/webmin /usr/local/lib64/perl5/5.32 /usr/local/share/perl5/5.32 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5) at /etc/cron.daily/csget line 9.

The template layout issue as I recall (had to remove CSF as it locked me out) was where the Apache 40x options were. All had an option prefilled for 3600 immediately under the Apache 40x subheading, except 401 where it was placed under another config choice.
