Prevent Exim From Forwarding Spam

Hello All

We've been using Mailscanner on our servers and so far it's been very helpful.

However, we would like to find a way to NOT forward emails that are flagged as High Spam Score to any email forwarders our clients might have.
We want to do this in order to prevent any further rate limiting from clients like Gmail and Outlook that is being caused due to the massive spam emails our servers receive everyday and trying to forward them to other email accounts.

According to this there is a way

but it seems it works only when Mailscanner is not installed

Mailscanner requires

You now need to disable the following options in WHM:
WHM > Tweak Settings > Uncheck "SpamAssassin Spam Filter" and "SpamAssassin Spam Box"
WHM > Service Manager > Uncheck both boxes for "spamd" and click "Save"

So the option

Do not forward mail to external recipients based on the defined Apache SpamAssassin™ score (Minimum: 0.1; Maximum: 99.9)

is greyed out, disabled

Is there any other way to prevent exim to forward emails to other email account based on spam score, or if they are flagged as high spam?
