Ip in "allow list" Blocked and not signed in any deny list

Hello

we have a strange issue on one server.

Customer have IP in "allow" list, but canno access to server.
IP is also not in any deny list.

If we disable csf customer can access without issue

First, go to the bottom of CSF FireWall and enter into "Edit lfd ignore file" selecting "csf.ignore" and check if the IP is written there if not, then add it.

Also,
Do you have CSF enabled any of the lists inside "lfd blocklists"?
If so, then you will have to enter into each of the enabled lists and check if the IP appears on any of them.
