CSF Email Templates (ie. High Load) - ps/netstat/vmstat/etc - Tweaking those and/or adding others?

Hi there,
With the High Load template for instance, there are set variables which don't seem to be documented.
This includes [totprocs], [loadavg1|5|15], [processlist], [vmstat], [netstat] and [apache] however there doesn't seem to be a way to tweak them. For instance, we'd like to amend how ps is invoked (and likely include a 2nd copy of it, sorted differently), include iostat/sar reports and others.
How does one go about amending what the above variables render? Or if they're static, how does one add other commands to these templates?
If I've missed this in the documentation my apologies, I'd love it if this was easy to work on already.
We pay for CXS but can't ticket about CSF!
Many thanks,
HH
