What would cause hourly file integrity failures?

On a VPS running current WHM and CSF/LFD:

Time: Fri Feb 11 18:01:06 2022 -0500

The following list of files have FAILED the md5sum comparison test. This means that the file has been changed in some way. This could be a result of an OS update or application upgrade. If the change is unexpected it should be investigated:

/usr/bin/mysql_install_db: FAILED
/bin/mysql_install_db: FAILED


Time: Fri Feb 11 11:00:45 2022 -0500

The following list of files have FAILED the md5sum comparison test. This means that the file has been changed in some way. This could be a result of an OS update or application upgrade. If the change is unexpected it should be investigated:

/usr/bin/mysqlslap: FAILED
/bin/mysqlslap: FAILED

This goes on 24x7. Host says nothing is wrong....
