Domain Not Blocked

I have an entry in MSFE Blacklist for a domain (*.domain.tld). But I am still getting email from that domain. Any ideas?

add the domain *.domain.tld to cPanel's "Filter Incoming Emails by Domain" that filter takes precedence over MailScanner FE.
I mean, a domain added to cPanel's Filter, will be blocked by EXIM before it is checked by MailScanner.

I like this cPanel option
