Good Day

I would like to know if it is possible to exclude a domain name from csf. A client of mine is constantly blocked when using his email on his pc via Outlook. Have one through all settings and setup the account numerous times.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

CSF is an IP firewall there is no way to whitelist email addresses.

But you can do the following:
a. check the IP that was blocked.
b. add the IP on the temporary ALLOW for 3 days and just for the following ports:
110,995,143,993,25,26,465,587,2083,53,80,443,2096
c. On 3 days, the customer or you can resolve what device is causing the block of the IP and fix it.
