CSF update fails IP blocked

Our server IP seems to be blocked by download2.configserver.com.

# csf -u
Oops: Unable to download: Can't connect to download2.configserver.com:443 (Connection timed out)

Disabled csf and flushed iptables but still the same problem.

Tried to contact with PM but it gives only blank white page.

How we can check / fix this?
