They are using permutation combination to create such type of ids to spam. You can check the email id after removing all '.' for my website https://www.jiffycharge.in/ I have used login portal.

Are you using Comodo ModSecurity rules on your server?
If so, don't check on the email address but look on what it is written in your posts, most of the time spammers what they do is to write URLs.
Write the domain name that is on the URL on the rule called userdata_bl_domains in Comodo, it will take some time to add there all the common domains, but in no time you will see no spam in your forums or forms.
