Razor2 failing

When running 'Learn as Spam and Report', I see the follwing error.

Jan 14 12:18:23.738 [7318] warn: reporter: razor2 report failed: No such file or directory report requires authentication at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/528/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Razor2.pm line 176. at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/528/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Razor2.pm line 329.


I don't see this on a different server install though.

Could you offer any advice ?

You probably need to register Razor:

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/528/bin/razor-admin -create
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/528/bin/razor-admin -register

For clarity, in case anyone esle has the same problem, also ensure UDP port 24441, and TCP port 2703 are open for outgoing.
