Logs & emails only shows my gateway IP

I am a very happy user of csf for many years on dedicated and VPS systems.
I have recently setup a dedicated server within my own network and installed csf successfully.

Problem is when I receive emails about logins or check any of the logs, it is only ever reporting the gateway internal IP address.
Scenario:
From a different physical location, using an internet connection not related to my own I log into my server and csf/lfd sends me an email that someone has logged in, but the email shows the network internal gateway IP where the server running csf is located, not the IP address of where I have logged in from.

Hopefully this is just a really simple setting but I am unable to locate it.

Any guidance is appreciated.
