Can't download updates for over a month

Hello, i've been receiving these emails daily for over a month.
"Oops: Unable to download: Can't connect to download.configserver.com:443 (timeout)"

What can I do to fix the download issues?

Either send us an email or create a ticket on our helpdesk with your server IP address so we can check whether your server's IP address is blocked in our firewall.
