CFS Blocking Directory Listing in FTP

We disabled the firewall because CSF is blocking FTP clients listing Directorys.

Take a look to this post viewtopic.php?f=5&t=10475#p28737 because maybe your issue is related,
I had the same issue when I upgraded my Debian Jessie (kernel 3.16) to Debian Stretch (kernel 4.9). Since Kernel 4.7+ (at least in Debian) nf_conntrack_helper is deactivated by default and you need to activate it. globally or using iptables rules (it is explained in the link).
