According to WHM > ConfigServer Security & Firewall > Check Server Security it shows:

Firewall Check
iptables is not configured. You need to start csf

But within CSF config I have it set us IPSET which is installed.

ipset v6.19, protocol version: 6

I've tried restarting CSF but still when I go to Check Server Security it still shows:

iptables is not configured. You need to start csf



Also Check Server Security shows:

Apache Check
Check apache for mod_cloudflare
This module logs the real users IP address to Apache. If this is reported to lfd via ModSecurity, cxs or some other vector through Apache it will lead to that IP being blocked, but because the IP is coming through the CloudFlare service the IP will not be blocked as so far as iptables is concerned the originating IP address is CloudFlare itself and the abuse will continue.

But Cloudflare is installed. I even checked the access-logs of a site I know is using it and it is showing the actual IP accessing the site, not the cloudflare IP.

Any suggestions on how to fix these?

Also when I go to CSF > Test iptables

It shows:

RESULT: csf should function on this server

We are experiencing precisely the same problem on Centos 6. It started about 2 weeks ago and the recent update didn't fix it.
