in how far can we redirect blocked ip to other server,
so we can tell wy whe has blocked the user ip and what see can do

now when ip is blocked, see don`t now anny thing, then ony default page from the brouwser it self

If you want to blocker user to see that they are blocked, you'll need to setup the "Messenger service" in CSF configuration.

With the Messenger service, you can also setup a Captcha to let the user unban themself

Messenger_user = csf
(what is in this case the user csf, is this meen to criate i webhost for this user ? )
