Why Block My ip?

Me Install CSF in DirectAdmin.
But check site (ctrl+f5) try 4-6 next block my ip
me add ip in allow list but not show site and DirectAdmin.

You found solution? Tried to ask on Direct admin forums?
Tried to watch /var/log/lfd.log when the issue happen?
