Good Day

My website is currently on a cpanel hostking package. I am having no success using mailscanner,

I have tried to blacklist a few email addresses but have had no success. For testing purposes i blacklisted @gmail.com,unfortunately that did not help as my mail came through within a minute or two.

What is the recommended next step,as I am abit lost at the moment?

How are you trying to blacklist addresses?

In Cpanel/mailscanner,email black/whitelist settings,under spam blacklist adding *gmail.com for example.

Try adding a complete email address (for example - someuser@gmail.com) or if you want to block all addresses from a domain *@somedomain.com.
