Ouch, yup confirmed in code. BLOCK_REPORT/UNBLOCK_REPORT have nothing to do with CSF, only LFD.
Anyway you could be tempted to add the equivalent of these to CSF? I spent a long time trying to figure out why it wasn't working, only to re-read the thread after already looking at code to confirm that this doesn't work in CSF.
