I noticed on two of my four servers, Rules dujour isn't installed - not sure if the installation was done before CFS was installing it or what, but they no there.

You shouldn't be using rules_du_jour anymore, as it is not being maintained. You should be using sa-update instead. Instructions for adding it to our cPanel MailScanner install are here:
