"Action" list not showing up in one server, under mailcontrol.

When viewing an email, the bottom box that says "Actions", isn't showing up on one particular server.

This is the box that includes "Report, learn, Report to SpamCop, etc."

I must be missing something simple in the configuration.

Have you configured MailScanner to store a copy of all emails? Those options will only appear if the email is stored on the server.
