CSF not blocking IP addresses

Hi,

In the last few weeks I am having a problem with CSF working in cPanel (Centos 7).

CSF does not block any type of IP address automatically.

I have checked the CSF log and there are records of blocked IPs, but when I check if the IPs are actually blocked, they are not.

This problem does not happen if I block IP addresses manually.

I have checked if firewalld was disabled in case it was generating some problem and it is disabled.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled CSF and the problem persists.

I checked firewalld and it is disabled on the server, so that is not the problem.

It is very strange, as no changes have been made to the server, we have only been updating the cPanel version as new versions came out.
