Unable to download the updates in more than server

I'm receiving 5 emails on daily basis for the 5 server, may I know what is going on? it was working well

Oops: Unable to download: Can't connect to download2.configserver.com:443 (Connection timed out)

You can send us an email with your server IP addresses and we will check if they are blocked in our firewall.

I tried to open a ticket, but I respected the rules as mentioned in the ticket system.

Please note that I'm already a customer and I have 5 licenses for CXS.

Anyway, could you please guide me to the proper mail in order to send them my IPs
