Weird issue all of the sudden

Hello,

All of the sudden we started experiencing this same issue on 2 different servers.

When CSF is enabled, it breaks connection to port 80 for many of our customers.

Doing a tests on a websites like: https://wheresitup.com when CSF is enabled , tests fail from many locations, where when CSF is disabled all tests go through just fine, no times outs.

Running latest version of csf 13.7 , CentOS 7 (cPanel) with latest CloudLinux kernel.

Configuration has not been changed for a year + .

Make sure you are running the latest CL v7.7 kernel as they released a kernel that broke a few things including iptables a short while back.

Thank you, will check into this as well.

After some testing, appears that issue was actually related about SYNFLOOD and its settings/limits (by disabling it, this issue appears to be gone).

Will need to look into this now to properly adjust it .
