Feature Request : Drop based on remote port

I know there is a feature that allows us to only allow certain ports. Also one that allows us to drop incoming on certain ports. But I would love to see an option that allowed blocks based on destination ports.

That's what TCP_OUT does. It blocks outgoing connections to those ports. All the port blocks are based on blocks to the destination port whether it is incoming or outgoing, not the source port.
