Hello and sorry for this post, (i am sure there are 278527465283475682 related posts in here about my problem)
i've searched in here to find a solution to my problem but i have raised my hands up in the air and i can't figure out a soluttion... !
email server: exim
cpanel latest updated version
centos-6-x86_64
csf latest updated version
with csf enabled, i have problem with the mails... i succesfully get mails from the server ( root account ) but not from users... also mails are blocked inbound and outbound.. i am sure i have all related ports opened. ans SMTP_BLOCK disabled !
please help and let me know what logs you will need

ahh... problem solved... it was the large list of blocked/denied cc countries i had and it hunged...
