what trigger this email

Hi,

I receive this emails from ldf and I don't know how to disable them because I don't know what trigger the email to be send.
Any idea how to find out?

You received email alerts relating to the original temporary blocks, but if you can't find them then you can search the lfd log (/var/log/lfd.log) for the IP address to find out what the original temporary blocks were for.
