Failures: 10 (eximsyntax)

I have a problem, my client is being blocked straight after this update CSF, I realized that this started to happen after the last update. How do I find out which e-mail account that is coming this syntax error because the CSF does not show me what email account.

I wonder if there is any syntax error solution, because as the customer is already authenticated to the server the CSF did not block it, how do I prevent this? It is being blocked always and all the time I have to access the server to get its IP from the block list.

Just started receiving the same error.
May I check is anyone has found the cause or solution?
