WHM Method for monitoring queues

Hi,
I am looking for a way to email if our mail queue goes above 20-30.
We have been having lots of issues with outgoing spam recently and need to monitor the queue.
I've heard methods using cron jobs and sh but is there a way to do this through WHM?

Disappointingly the main method for monitoring the queues seems to be using the exim command, CSMQ seems to take all the emails out of the exim queue so this doesn't work and there isn't documentation on where the emails go.
