MailScanner dangerous attachments not being blocked

Hello,

We a problem with the default settings found in filename.rules.conf and filetype.rules.conf, they're simply ignored.
for example the .exe filename rule is set to deny, and yet .exe file still pass through the filename.rules.rules point to the correct filename.rules.conf same goes for filetype.rules.rules , we tried commenting/uncommenting to see if there's a difference, restarting MailScanner each time, with no success.

Is MSFE actually reading the rules.
I ran a mailscanner lint test and found that the rules were unable to be read.
Re- running the install fixed this for me.
