Import whitelist and blacklist from spamassassin

Anyone know how to Import whitelist and blacklist from disabled spamassassin in to mailscanner while/Black list?

well I think need a perl or bash script to extract values from ./spamassassin/user_pref and put on .mailscannerbw at first(white) and seccond line(blacklist);
