MySQL Error: [Access denied for user 'mailcontrol'@'localhost'

After upgrading MSFE this morning I get this error in the MailTools area
I have no problem adding a MYSQL user manually but to what database? with what permissions?
or an idea why the original problem is occuring.

MySQL Error: [Access denied for user 'mailcontrol'@'localhost' (using password: NO)]

Thought I would update my topic. A force reinstall of MSFE seemed to fix the issue.
