CSF & Webmin Strange Refreshing Issue

I'm running csf: v9.24

On the following:
Operating system CentOS Linux 7.2.1511
Webmin version 1.810
Virtualmin version 5.04
Theme version Authentic Theme 18.10

Now when I go to ConfigServer Security & Firewall section in Webmin. It starts to load the main CSF Plugin Page, but then instantly bumps be back to the main Webmin Dashboard.

Issue is only with this plugin,

However what's strange is if I right click the navigation link, and open that in a new tab it works fine.
This happens on all browsers and can be verified by someone else.

It used to work correctly and then suddenly stopped.

I am seeing the same issue on mine. I had to change the theme in order to access it. I changed to the Virtualmin Framed Theme and that allowed it to be usable.
