Unable to connect to https://download.configserver.com....

Receiving the following error message in WHM:

Unable to connect to https://download.configserver.com, retry in (seconds listed here). An Upgrade button will appear here if new version is detected


When running the following: csf -u We get this:
Oops: Unable to download: Can't connect to download.configserver.com:443 (timeout)

I have read past / present posts about this issue, and unable to determine what the cause is. Is this something from our end, or something else?
