Weird thing just started happening this morning. Running WHM 54.0 build 1 and CSF 8.11.

Some users reported that they could not receive mail.

I had them test, and sending was fine, but not receiving, with various messages such as not being able to reach the server, and server response cannot POP.
Nothing in the logs, not lfd messages that they have been blocked, they just couldn't reach the server.
I even tried putting their IP in both the allow and ignore settings, but no change.

I restarted CSF and all mail started flowing again, but then it stopped again after an hour or so. I have set a cron job to restart csf every five minutes, but that is obviously not a long term solution.

Anyone else seeing this behaviour?

Found the problem - the new Project Honeypot feature that BitNinja just put into pay last week has a compatibility problem with CSF. They have disabled this feature until they get it fixed.
