clamd failed after attempt to update clamav
Re: clamd failed after attempt to update clamav
Just found this in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log:
http://www.clamav.net/downloads/product ... .99.tar.gz
Location: https://s3.amazonaws.com/clamav-site/pr ... %2F66eI%3D [following]
https://s3.amazonaws.com/clamav-site/pr ... %2F66eI%3D: HTTPS support not compiled in.
gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
configure: line 9: cd: /usr/src/clamav.tar.gz: Not a directory
sh: configure: No such file or directory
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.
mv: cannot stat `/usr/local/etc/clamd.conf.sample': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `/usr/local/etc/freshclam.conf.sample': No such file or directory
replace: File '/usr/local/etc/clamd.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
replace: File '/usr/local/etc/clamd.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
replace: File '/usr/local/etc/clamd.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
So it appears that the problem is/was in the update.
Note the "unexpected end of file"
